Download trouble, please help me!

I don't know anything about downloading this with winrar and the most part is once I downloaded it... it didn't work for me
How can I play it or download it right??

Well, once you download. Double click it, it should be in your download folder, open it. Click, Extract to. Select your documents, than the file will extrat to the documents folder!
After that, go into the folder, and double click on Sonic Blitz cilent, that should be all! Just register.
